AtunedSee what's running you.

Something runs the way you live.

You feel it before you can explain it.

Each point of light is an address: one exact place in your body where a pattern sits. The faint ring holds all 112. The lines are patterns, running. Nothing of yours is in it yet.

You know what you want.

Something gets in the way.

  • You keep saying yes.
  • You keep putting it off.
  • You keep having the same argument.
  • You keep overthinking it.
  • You keep trying to control it.
  • You keep going back to the same thing.

Different situation.

Same response.

Each lit point is one situation. The lines pull them to one place: the same response, every time. That is a pattern.

Example

A story can hide a pattern.

I keep saying yes when I don't want to.

  • Yes
  • Don't want
  • Keep
  1. Yes
  2. Overcommit
  3. Pressure
  4. Resentment
  5. Withdraw
Atuned noticed

You say yes before checking whether you actually want to.

Is that what you mean?

Correct it and the reading changes. You have the last word.

A response can become a pattern.

A pattern can become a habit.

    1. OnceSomething happens. Your body answers.
    2. AgainThe same answer comes back, quicker each time.
    3. On its ownThe answer starts with nothing new to answer, before you choose it.

The picture is our own model of how a pattern forms.

Something comes in from outside and lands on one point on the ring. That point is one place in your body, and it answers. The answer runs in along a line, the way a nerve carries a signal. It crosses the middle and spreads back out until the whole ring has felt it. Each time round, the line pulls tighter and the answer comes quicker. On the last pass nothing comes in, and it runs anyway. It is a picture of a model, and it measures nothing.

    Patterns connect.

What starts at work can show up at home.

    Atuned looks for the connections.

The outer ring is the 112 addresses, coloured by the part of the body each one belongs to. The points inside are patterns. Each line shows where a pattern pulls. A tighter line, with quicker pulses, pulls harder.

You feel it in your body.

    Tight.Heavy.Hot.Numb.Restless.Pressured.Nothing at all.

    All of that is information.

Seven colours, seven seats, from the base of the spine to the top of the head. A seat is one part of the body a pattern can settle in. The fine lines are nerves. The lit seat is where a pattern sits.

    Release disrupts the old pattern.

Reframe gives you a new sentence to practise.

    1. PatternA repeated pattern forms, and its lines pull tight.
    2. ReleaseRelease interrupts the flow. The lines go slack and the field opens.
    3. ReframeA new statement enters and sets a different path.

I know that I am allowed to say what I mean.

    What changed?

    • I feel different
    • I see it differently
    • Something moved
    • Nothing changed
    • Not sure

Nothing changed is an answer too.

The knot is one pattern. The new line is the reframe: a sentence that starts with "I know", built from what you said.

    Discover, play, flow, embody.

    • DiscoverSee what keeps happening.
    • PlayTest what you think you know.
    • FlowRelease the charge: the weight a pattern leaves on one place in your body.
    • EmbodyMake a different choice.

Embody hands back to discover. Atuned remembers what you found, so next time you have somewhere to look.

The light goes round the four and never stops, because the loop has no end.

Not a diagnosis. Not a verdict. A map you can question.

Some of it rests on established ideas. Some is our own model. Some we are still testing.

Every table the reading runs on is open inside the product, so you can check the work against your own life.

You don't need to understand yourself first.

    Bring something real.
